Provision of motorboat transport services by the entity Gdansk Boat
1. General Provisions
1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the rules for the provision of services by MS-Logistyka Mariusz Sobański, ul. Angielska Grobla 30/40; 80-756 Gdańsk NIP 743 159 16 01 under the name Gdansk Boat, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2. Each person using the Company's services (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") accepts the terms of the Regulations.
2. Reservation of the Service
2.1. Reservations for the service are possible via the Company's website, by telephone or via travel platforms.
2.2. The reservation becomes binding upon payment or payment of a deposit for the trip.
2.3. The customer is obliged to provide full and truthful contact details when booking.
The personal data we may collect from you includes:
1. name and surname;
2. e-mail address;
3. telephone number;
The scope of data depends on the nature of the relationship with you and may include a wider range of data, e.g. regarding the business activity, NIP, REGON, company name.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Company undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the terms of the contract, including providing appropriate equipment, licenses, authorizations and compliance with safety rules.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to comply with safety rules and follow the instructions of the captain and crew.
3.3. The Client undertakes not to be intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating substances during the tour.
3.4. The Company is not liable for any damage resulting from any breach of security rules by the Customer.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. Prices for services are determined based on the price list available on the Company's website.
4.2. Payment for the service must be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through the payment operator TPay. Cash payment is only available immediately before departure.
4.3. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Company has the right to cancel the reservation.
5. Cancellation of Reservation
5.1. The company reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. In such cases, the client will be offered a new date or a refund.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. The controller of the Customer's personal data is MS-Logistyka Mariusz Sobański, ul. Angielska Grobla 30/40; 80-756 Gdańsk NIP 743 159 16 01 under the name Gdansk Boat.
6.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the provision of tour services, issuing invoices, and contacting the Client.
6.3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete his or her personal data, in accordance with personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. These changes will take effect upon publication on the Company's website.
7.2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
