Angielska Grobla 30/40; 80-756 Gdańsk, NIP 743 159 16 01, under the name Gdansk Boat (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). 1.2. Any person using the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) accepts the terms of these Terms.
2. Service Reservation
2.1. Service reservations can be made through the Company’s website, by phone, or through tourist platforms. 2.2. A reservation becomes binding upon payment or payment of a deposit for the tour. 2.3. The Client is obliged to provide complete and accurate contact details during the reservation. The personal data we may collect from you includes:

- Phone number; The scope of data depends on the nature of the relationship with you and may include a broader range of data, e.g., regarding business activities, tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), company name.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Company undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the terms of the contract, including providing appropriate equipment, licenses, permits, and adhering to safety rules. 3.2. The Client undertakes to comply with safety rules and follow the instructions of the boat captain and crew. 3.3. The Client undertakes not to be intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic substances during the tour. 3.4. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from the Client’s violation of safety rules.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. Service prices are determined based on the price list available on the Company’s website. 4.2. Payment for the service must be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through the TPay payment operator. Cash payment is only available directly before the start of the cruise. 4.3. In the event of non-payment within the required time, the Company has the right to cancel the reservation.
5. Reservation Cancellation
5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event of adverse weather conditions. In such a case, the Client will be offered a new date or a refund.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. The administrator of the Client’s personal data is MS-Logistyka Mariusz Sobański, ul. Angielska Grobla 30/40; 80-756 Gdańsk, NIP 743 159 16 01, under the name Gdansk Boat. 6.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the tour service contract, issuing invoices, and contacting the Client. 6.3. The Client has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data, in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection (GDPR).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms. These changes take effect upon their publication on the Company’s website. 7.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
